SAVE Board: Focus on leadership, transparency, and cross-departmental oversight (Police + Government + Social Services).
Strategy & Documentation: Infrastructure Assessment, Customized Roadmap, KPI Tracker, and Community Reporting Templates.
Training & Coaching: In-person training for the Unit and Board, followed by 48 hours of virtual coaching every other week.
